1. Call Porch Hour support

Call (972) 639-7356. We'll check it's really you — speaking with you directly, not a family member on your behalf — and give you a recovery code. For your safety, the code starts working 24 hours later, and we'll text your phone on file.

Porch Hour will never call you first to ask for a code or password.

2. Use your recovery code

At least 10 characters.

Resetting your password signs out your other devices and resets two-step sign-in, which you'll set up again. It doesn't change who you share with.
