Privacy and your data
This is a plain-language summary for the pilot. The full privacy notice will be reviewed by counsel before anyone enrolls.
You control sharing
Nothing about you is shared with family until you turn it on, one kind of information at a time. You can turn sharing off whenever you like. Paying for Porch Hour never gives anyone access to your information.
Turning sharing off stops anything not yet sent. Texts or screenshots someone already received can't be taken back.
What we keep
- Your account, your medicines and times, your answers to reminders and check-ins, and your sharing choices.
- A record of who looked at your information and which texts were sent — you can see it under Family & sharing.
- Whether you opened Today and played the puzzle each day (not your answers, searches or what you tapped).
We don't record your voice. Read-aloud uses your own device's speech and nothing is sent to us.
Texts
Texts never include medicine names. They go only to people who confirmed their number and agreed to texts. Reply STOP to any text to end them.
Your choices
In Settings you can download a copy of your information or delete your account. Deletion waits 7 days in case you change your mind.
